4’=6′ tall Heirloom Rose produces intensely fragrant flowers Each year it produces more canes forming a small thicket where it is happy. Over  time it can develop into a thicket.

I propagated this plant from an abandoned homesite at the edge of the highway right-of way near Milledgeville, GA.  The only other signs of the old home growing along the highway were old fashioned tawny daylillies. I have grown it in the nursery ever since. It is virtually disease free. If you bend the canes down and pin them to the ground with bobby pins, it wil bloom more heavily.
