Description
1′-2′ Tall Native Perennial is covered with Scarlet Flowers from February to October attracting Hummingbirds, Bees, and Sulphur Butterflies. Plants are extremely durabnle and can grow in very thin soil. They are highly deer-resistant. These are wild type plants unlike many cultivars they spread well by seeds. Plant in Average to Dry Soil in Full Sun or Part Shade. Native to AL, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, OH, SC and TX. We propagated our plants from Native Populations in Beaufort Co., SC.
