3′ tall Heirloom Perennial  is covered with Golden Flowers from Summer through Fall attracting Bees and Butterflies and Beneficial Insects (Hover flies, Ladybugs, and Parasitic Wasps. Culinary, Dye, Medicinal and Ritual Herb. It is used in a ritual incense called Yauhtli. It is a good companion plant for tomatoes. It is used in  Native to Mexico, Central America and South America. Propagated from Plants in a garden in Beaufort Co., SC that has since been destroyed by Construction. Hardy from zones 8a-11b. Plant in full or part sun. Thrives in average to wet soil.
